"I realize that most people's story will begin with a "Before I began this program", but our story begins with a book in a used bookstore. When I go into a used bookstore, I let the books speak to me. As I was browsing the shelves, I came upon a book called "Code of the Extraordinary Mind." We are autism parents, and for whatever reason, this book screamed for me to get, but I was thinking it was about unlocking the autism brain. It wasn't, but it started my husband and me on a journey into Mindvalley. I read the book and did the free course that went with it. Then decided and demanded my husband do Wildfit with me. Yes, we did lose some weight. Our health and well being has never been better. And my husband actually requests vegetables and LOVES them. Then came Lifebook. It was an amazing course. We learned to set goals. We learned to implement steps each quarter to reach our goals. We have never been happier with ourselves and each other. We have been living a 13 category strong life ever since."
