"I want it all"

My story is -perhaps- not your typical one. I have been a chemical engineer in Costa Rica for +25 years, and managed to be successful without much stress. Before this program, I had successfully set goals and achieved them in my life. That allowed me to study a Chemical Engineering Doctorate, to contribute to my professional association (Code of Ethics, Strategic Plan, Member of the Board 10 yrs, currently Treasurer) and to my country (National Energy Plan), and to enter a new job as university professor. As a positive result of the pandemic, I have now a Youtube channel with +200 videos. My wife and I have been an unshakeable team during 20 years now. I am not a millionaire but I don't have financial stress. I have travelled abroad with my wife several times. My initial Lifebook score was 96. After taking the program, eighteen months ago, I realized that my life is extraordinary indeed, and my score rose to 129.
At that moment of my life -54 years- I felt stuck, in need of defining new goals for my life. Lifebook is the "life coaching" process I was looking for, for defining the road ahead in my life and my future. Now I have a clear vision of what I want for the next five years, and a plan to do it.
Most of my improvement in recent months have been in the Health and Fitness area:
 - I started to go to the gym again on a -more or less- regular basis. I am fitter and look younger than 18 months ago.
 - I have been at the dentist for dental care twice.
 - I have visited a nutritionist and I am now following a healthy diet.
 - I have lost 15 pounds: from 176 to 161 lb.
 - I went to the hospital for medical checkups, and plan to do it annually.
There are other improvements:
 - My already very good relationship with my wife has improved, and there is room for improvement
 - I pray and practice gratitude every day
 - I practice positive affirmations daily
 - I meditate more regularly
 - I practice yoga more regularly
 - I started a monthly book reading routine
 - I am reading the Lifebook book summaries monthly
 - My Youtube channel has now 245 videos.
 - I am taking Investing courses and started a stock portfolio
 - I am taking Mindvalley quests
 - I have plans to run for President of my professional association next year (2025).
 - I plan to write one or two books I have in mind.
 - I plan to start one or more business.
I can improve in Parenting, Family and Social Life categories, working on that.

As Jon said, and Freddy Mercury too, "I want it all".
