Before this Quest, my life was a mess. Okay not really, but I was thinking about what I want but not achieving it.
After finishing this Quest I feel so structured and guided, it is unbelievable. Of course, you need time to do what you need to do but it is so well-to-do after thinking about, what and why and learning so many systems for getting goals done.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that Jon Butcher said: "Lifebook online is great, and this mastery course is always better." He was right. It is so lovely designed and produced. Great work. What I was hoping to learn was how to set goals and get them done.
Now I know exactly how I have to do it.
Areas of my life in which I've noticed the biggest changes in my life are health and fitness and spirituality, also intellectual.
I was able to get away from many bad habits like being on Instagram or playing stupid games on my phone.
My top 2 takeaways or insights after finishing this Quest are that it is better to make little progress than no progress and that meditation is beneficial. The larges positive change I noticed is that I can do what I want to do.
