Before joining this program, I was trapped in a victim mindset in almost every aspect of my life. Shame, guilt, and blame consumed me—toward others, toward society, and even toward myself. I struggled to take responsibility for my own emotions and actions, allowing my ego to run unchecked. I felt completely disconnected from both the universe and my true self.
Now, I feel more grounded than before. This program has helped me cultivate daily habits, like setting intentions and staying present in the moment. Gratitude has become a natural part of my life, and for the first time in a long while, I am beginning to trust in myself. I’m learning that everything I need has been within me all along.
My life still has its moments of chaos, but something within me has shifted. I can feel my true self starting to emerge, unfolding in a way that feels authentic and right. While I still catch myself slipping into old patterns, I now have the awareness I once lacked. I pay more attention—to myself, to life, to the choices I make. And most importantly, I have gained the ability to pause, slow down, and consciously decide how I want to respond to the world around me.
This journey is far from over, but for the first time, I feel like I am truly on my own path. And for that, I am deeply grateful.
