Thank you Michael, for an amazing journey over the last few weeks that has helped me gain the courage and clarity to live my life with more joy, beauty, connectedness, forgiveness, presence and freedom. What a gift to start the year (and they say life begins at 40!). From the start where we created new affirmations for ourselves and our lives, (‘I am surrounded by love and am open to giving and receiving so much love, care and support’ ) doors have been opening up and I’ve walked through them with incredible things happening. Two healers out of the blue offered to do work with me over skype at the start of the course, one of whom is my gifted and beautiful aunt who told me about your course. Through energetic healing with them they helped me to do really deep work in stages 1 and 2, going to places within myself where the chronic complaints came from or where the blockages are, and creating spaces for new possibilities of love, forgiveness, courage, self love, freedom and compassion to enter. I had so many emotional releases and feel like I have a much more gentle and compassionate relationship with myself now, and therefore others too. I am crying again as I write this. The stories I have been telling myself and the feeling of lack of self worth that have been the lens through which I have lived my life for so many years, are being let go of, and I am so grateful. It had got to the point that I had such bad social anxiety I couldn’t go out the house often last year, and I had a young boy of 3 to look after. The wonder and inner freedom that is now possible, and the feeling of being able to relax and live my life, and go out and enjoy it, is truly amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I have done a lot of crying this last few weeks, as I did before, but instead of tears of despair and self pity, they were tears of release and in awe of the love and beauty that is all around us. From living in a state of fear and anxiety I am moving into trust and faith that the universe is for me, and my unique place in it is of value and I get to be it, be me!
