"I talk about Mindvalley in my classes"

Before this program, I felt like I was alone in my thirst for knowledge about the soul and topics which were outside my church teachings. I have a degree in biology and wanted to be a doctor, but became a teacher instead. I am a lifelong learner, and Mindvalley is my "older adult" university.

I am 68 years old, and got divorced after a 31-year-old marriage. I don't want to keep telling that story, as I have learned through the help of Mindvalley courses how to let go of that stressful, negative energy.

It is in motivating courses, such as this one, that I feel like I am rising in consciousness. I teach 16 other Soul Sisters at my church on Sunday. We study any topic we are interested in. Currently, we are studying how the 12 steps are like spirituality--the book study is called, Breathing Under Water, by Richard Rohr. The key to getting sober, as is the key to spirituality, is transformation--and then helping others. I KNOW that the step by step lessons in Mindvalley are helping me transform. There are sooo many areas to transform. Not just the mind--but the mind, body, spirit, job, finances, relationships--I am looking forward to more courses.

I also teach watercolor on Tuesdays at the Roswell Visual Arts Center in Roswell, GA. I talk about Mindvalley in my classes (also in Soul sisters) and encourage students to sign up because I tell them it has changed my life. I see there are pictures below so I will add a couple of my watercolor's that I will be teaching and talking about tomorrow in class. There was a technical problem with this area--it wouldn't let me add my real career. I have taught 5th grade math, but I now teach art, Soul Sisters, and sell real estate.
