"I feel that I have what I need to feel that I am in control"

I came to this program with an apprehension that I was consuming too much liquor and that I was not controlling it but that it was controlling me in an insidious way. I was drinking too much and enjoying it less and less.
At the point in this program where we to stop any addictive habits, I was not sure I wanted to stop drinking rum but I truly wanted to get control of my "habit" and I have not had any rum since.
I will not say that I will not drink again and I may have a celebratory drink upon the end of this program but I feel that I have what I need to feel that I am in control. Thank you Michael and Vishen!
