"I definitely shifted & have felt more at peace"

Michael Beckwith encouraged me to believe that I am already deserving & that I am already worthy of abundance in all things. He also taught me to forgive by placing the person(s) in front of me, & actually telling them 'I forgive you.' 
Seeing/visioning myself doing this & speaking the words had a huge effect on me. I definitely shifted & have felt more at peace. Now when I donate money online to help others, I don't experience the anxiety & worry I used to feel before. But I'm still uncomfortable receiving money unless I've worked really hard for it.
