"I am stronger and a more complete person"

I was severely abused as a child, physically, emotionally, and sexually. I have been in counseling my entire life because I couldn’t stand the pain. I was suicidal for 10 years but didn’t do it because I had children. I have learned that during these very difficult times, we often lose pieces of ourselves along the way. I loved this challenge; I have always loved the way Michael Beckwith teaches. He is so clear And so kind and understands people. While doing one of the meditations in this challenge, I became aware of the many pieces of myself that I was missing, and I was able to pick them up one by one and bring myself together completely again. I have felt very different since then, I am stronger and a more complete person. I feel more at ease inside myself and I know the answers to questions or situations that used to confuse me. I am more mature and have been able to let go of situations that angered me previously. I have matured as a woman. This is a wonderful gift. I’m certain that Spirit works through Michael, and through me as well. I am most grateful to have my life back, or more likely to have it for the first time. Thank you for this challenge.
