I am on my Day 1 of this program but what I want to share with you is what happened when I was watching the free Master class. Vishen was sharing about his "damned" knee and Michael showed walked us on how we can make our affirmations turn into positive energy and heal what is hurting in us. At that time, I was nursing a sprained ankle that prevented me for 2 days to do my 10000 steps a day. I seized the opportunity to follow what he said and Lo and Behold!, it worked!!
Yesterday, I was able to do my 5KM walk at home equivalent to 11113 steps and today I led our walk at home workout for 30 minutes. I am so excited with this program. Michael, thank you very much! Vishen, thank you for sharing your "blessed knee."
