Before this program I was looking for something new to happen in life as I am reaching a age milestone. I have always been interested in spirituality and have even experienced the transformational power of coming into meditation and spiritual practice. 
This course has helped me to do the work in a practical and cohesive way with direction in a pace that I could keep up. I have been lucky to have been able to have more time than usual between work and now I have a solid vision for the next chapter of my life
