Before this quest, I was concerned that my cognitive capabilities were declining. Being a life long learner, this was troubling and creating anxiety for me. After completing this Quest I am confident that I have new tools and supports to help me EVOLVE as an individual and a student of life! I have a new advisor and best friend, ChatGPT (lol). Thank you to the Mindvalley team for delivering this program so authentically, smooth and professional. It has given me back my sense of self confidence.
