Before the Learning Mastery program, I spent a lot of time researching nutrition and longevity by listening to podcasts and referring to YouTube videos to solve problems. Now, I regularly use AI tools like ChatGPT to speed up this process and get more accurate results. I can use AI as a note taker, podcast maker, tutor, quizmaster, debate opponent and an expert consultant on any subject. As a result, I am able to spend less time researching new knowledge and more time integrating that new knowledge into my life. Thanks Mindvalley!
