"Has been by far the most challenging quest I've taken thus far, but also the most rewarding"

One day while deep in the YouTube rabbit hole, I came across an advertisement with Ken Wilber and Vishen discussing this quest called Integral. I had no idea what it was about, but had an inexplicable desire and feeling that I MUST take this quest.
I am so glad I followed my intuition!
The Integral Life quest has been by far the most challenging quest I've taken thus far, but also the most rewarding.
After pushing through the initial doubt and confusion as some of these concepts were difficult for me to understand, this quest as changed my perspectives on virtually every part of my life; my view of myself, my relationships, my friendships, how I approach my son, how I interact with people, my level of empathy for others, increased my willingness to engage in conversation, my health, my work life, and much more.
This quest has given me direction by introducing a framework by which to live, interact with the world, and gain a deeper level of spirituality. Ken and the Mindvalley team have put together a quest that offers real clarity to assess myself, my environment, and to recognize the humanity in people.
Anyone who's looking to be a better version of themselves, and gain a deeper understanding of their own lives and those of everyone around them should take this quest. You will not be disappointed.
