I decided to go for this quest after I got my coaching certificate. I wanted to see other coaches' perspective on coaching leaders. I did in the past another quest with Mindvalley and I was interested to do another one. Michael Neill's approach in coaching leaders is completely different and very interesting. In the preview that I had seen, Michael Neill was focusing on having your own signature as a coach and indeed I found his signature quite unique.
