As a result of applying what I've learned in IMPACTING LEADERS, I am more curious than afraid of my own path of coaching :-) the world inside me shines brighter because of my outcomes on each lesson, and finally, I am able to handle my chronicle illness in a different (far much more helpful) way with the understanding of the 3principles.
