"I use your lessons daily to start my day"

I really enjoyed this class very much. I haven’t seen my higher self yet, but I am not giving up Just like the other meditation classes I took. I will keep gleaning information from each class and use that information in my daily life. I use your lessons 1,2, & 3 daily to start my day I use lesson 1 through-out the day to replenish my energy. I wrote a list to place in different areas of my apartment; I check off things I have done and cross out things I have finished I make a new list weekly. I am feeling much better from morning to bedtime. I am glad you joined Mindvalley.
