I knew I was somehow losing my connection to my inner guidance. Everything was bumpy and took a lot of energy. The ease was just a memory. Then came the course. After the 3rd day my inner switch flipped. Ariya's way of explaining things immediately captivated me. The meditations were filled with joy and had an intense effect. Thank you very much. Sometimes it just takes the right impulse to get back into the flow. A wonderful quest.
