I had started the practice of grounding and recharging my energy from nature a little while before this quest and Ariya gave it a super-charge. Not only through her beautiful, healing energy which showers you with every word she teaches but also by delivering practical and easy to follow tools and meditations.
I am still receiving and absorbing the extraordinary energies and transformations from this quest. I have fully befriended my loving higher self and am slowly leaning into her for guidance more and more. I am peaceful, centred and grounded and looking forward to all I can manifest along my Soul Purpose journey.
