The reason I have decided to follow this quest is that I want to have a clearer picture of my real goals in life and find the passion and perseverance to make them happen without the feeling of being overwhelmed.
I am a disciplined person, but I feel I am losing a lot of energy and time on everyday superficialities. I get tired and lack the energy to focus on the things that matter to me and that fill me with energy rather than tiring me out. I procrastinate. I put my needs often after the needs of other members of my family.
Through this program, I hope to achieve better insight into my qualities and what I can improve to express them better, become more fulfilled human being and helpful to others.
