Being a student of personal growth and development for many years under many teachers I thought what else can I learn? But with that attitude you will stop learning and you will stop growing. I never want to stop growing. I was always an early riser and have always spent the first 2 hours in the morning on me.
My health, my mindset and growth in all areas of life, but this program brought my journaling to a new level. I would write what the lesson was about in black ink and then listen to the lesson several times and put my own thoughts in purple in the margins.
When I look back now over the lessons I read my notes, my thoughts and it sinks in even deeper. I love the daily posts, simple yet powerful messages. You could listen a couple times and always pick up a new piece of information.
