Before this program, I have been in several different industries but always felt unfulfilled and like my growth was capped. One day I was surpressed from my management position at the last corporation I worked at which resulted in a huge pay cut. This hurt me and my family a lot financially and caused me to decide to pursue entrepreneurship and control my own income.
I started part-time and transitioned to full time over a year ago have been self-employed and working to build a team in the financial services industry for the last year and have done pretty well. However, I have struggled with implementing the habits and discipline of world-class performers. My ultimate goal is to master myself, become more disciplined, develop my skills, and become one of the top in my industry.
