Before I started this program "I'm always busy being busy". I'm always running around and always running out of time. Now I started to wake up at 4am, instead of 5am. I have tons of time to do the 20/20/20 formula and journaling. My life is so much easier now bec. of the great habits that I learned from this quest. I thank Mindvalley and Robin Sharma for this program. I love you guys;>
