I really enjoyed this. I am recovering after a tragedy and a move, this focus, and structure provided me with a way to keep focused, creative, positive, remember my worth, and plan a new future for myself. It is a great way to use time wisely when you rise early and want to plan to be effective during your day. I really enjoy the principles and applying them.
