Before this program I had kind of started my journey of change but with limited success. I had endured a very negative mindset my life was going nowhere fast. I couldn’t stick to anything, I had bad habits that I could not shake, this in turn created a feed back loop of self doubt, lowered self esteem an depression. It got so bad a felt trapped and helpless. I didn’t want to be here, the only thing is I am a father I have family and friends. I used humour to deflect anyone away from how I felt. (Please seek professional help if in crisis). But some how I found just a little hope plus my children need me to try to go out into the unknown the new place. I had somethings go my way which gave me some prospective and $$ so invested in some self help/ improvement.
I love Mindvalley I haven’t finished this quest yet but I’m in a totally new space I’m happy I want to greet the world I feel engaged I’ve always had many ideas they come easy to me but never the follow through the commitment to bring them to life now I will change the course of humanity for the better
