Before the program I was in the habit of journaling. However, since starting this program I have entered into the habit of writing down my "5 wins for the day" as well as writing down my 10 blessings. It is amazing how seeing this written down on paper has increased my gratitude to the universe. Furthermore, when I put my head on my pillow at night I just have this sense that I have really achieved.
