For years I've been dealing with depression, anxiety, insomnia, and compulsiveness. I take medications.
However, I feel as if everything around me is advancing and I'm standing still. It's frustrating to say the least, because I know I've got what it takes to do better.
I just don't know how to work it out. I'm extremely anxious about being this open.
