Before this program, I was filled with doubts and anxiety for the future. I had much pain and didn’t know how to address my issues correctly.
During this program I discovered that habits and consistency can give me a different perspective on things; I started working out alone and have gotten my sister and husband to join ! I reflect everything on my day, I am more aware of my anxiousness and learning to address my issues through meditation, I am setting defined goals to get the results I know I want.
After this program, I am happy to have completed and gone through it happily. I am filled with hope that I am in the correct path to become and hero of my world and be brave no matter what ?
