I'm working as a nurse in the public Heath care system and I have been dreaming for 10 years now to be able to help people gain better health. I know quite a lot about nutrition but I do want to increase my capacity to help people overcome their obstacles. I really feel strongly for this! My own experience in my own work with patients tells me that its not just enough with knowledges. Things like the patients own values, emotions, thoughts and selfimage are so importent to consider if you want to help someone. My own physical health is pretty good but I want to be a better and more confident coach, be better to help others
