Before this programme I set unreachable goals for myself, when I failed to achieve them I was discouraged, I held myself to rigid standards of excellence. The completion of this programme has allowed me to show myself more compassion, as a result, I am able to set more realistic and achievable goals for my personal, family and professional lives.
