I was a Toastmaster and gave lots of speeches and got to be very good at it. I gave a speech about being a club leader. I was surprised when people from the group I was talking came up to me and were inspired to be a club leader. This got me thinking about becoming a coach. I have started business before but the coaching business is a whole new ball game. I did need help to get me started.
