I tended to develop the coaching programme as we went along, based on topics raised by the clients.
Now I have organised my coaching into specific focus areas which is making it so much easier to explain to clients how the coaching will support them in achieving their vision and personal development goals and the impact it will have on the engagement and performance of their teams.
I now go into coaching sessions feeling better prepared and my clients look forward to the sessions more as they have a better idea of what to expect and therefore get more value from each session
