The program has chunk-size “digestible” bites for learning, implementing, and polishing so that you experience change

Before taking the Business Accelerator with Evercoach, and during the pandemic, I needed to re-evaluate my life. I decided to pursue aspects that bring me joy and a higher-purposeful contribution to other people's well-being. So, along with the challenges I faced, I took a leap forward and enrolled in the program of Evercoach to become a Certified Life Coach.

It was the first official coaching program I have attended, and it happened naturally and with a lot of growth, feedback from peers, and equipped with coaching modalities. I shortly realized that I could impact people's lives while still working and enjoying what I was doing professionally. After successfully finishing the Life Coach certification and attending the Supercoach Experience in Tallinn in 2022, the opportunity arose to enroll in Business Accelerator. However, I was in doubt if it was for me, but then I turned to my heart instead of my head, leaving the head to connect the dots and make sense of the heart energy field. I reminded myself that I want a business and was willing to invest in a side hustle. Since I did not have prior business experience but was willing to prioritize hours to develop business skills as a coach, I enrolled for a one-year Business Accelerator!

During the Business Accelerator, I was ready to play full out and be committed to the transformation and knowledge transfer I would receive. The structure is arranged monthly with a relevant theme suitable for long-term growth and implementation. During the program, we received information from Ajit, Francesca, James, Elisa, Renata, and Vasavi, with valuable insights, on-fly coaching, relevant topic strategies, and solutions for potential blocks. Moreover, the participants were put into accountability groups, and although that could seem least attractive, it was one of the best parts of the program. I met with my peers weekly to help and elevate each other while being committed to the business journey.

At the beginning of the program, I set expectations for myself and what I would see as an outcome. By regularly sticking to the live calls and accountability meetings, I found out that I was, unfolding and deconstructing parts of myself that I was unaware of, or were not triggered until that point. I thought that success for the business meant just having money, clients, and a system that works, but I had to immerse myself into the layers of myself as a centerpiece for the business I want to create. I learned and rewired the concepts and tools for systems, money, sales, vulnerability, authenticity, storytelling, and being empowered. The program has chunk-size “digestible” bites for learning, implementing, and polishing so that you experience the change. The transformation happens while being in the program! One of the episodes I experienced, was related to social media presence, and putting myself out there. I had some resistance, but with support and accountability, I manage to do it gracefully, by using my authentic voice and being myself! I am grateful that I learned and could interact with skilled and heart-centered trainers, which impact the person I am and the business I am developing. To describe the program in a nutshell through an analogy, it is like a puzzle. You get to know the image beforehand, but when you open the box and want to set the pieces together, you might usually realize that is not the right move/way and you need to de-construct and re-construct the strategy for putting the final pieces together. This is how I feel, and it is a constructive and supporting feeling from the trainers and peers! Although I didn’t get enrolled in high-paid clients, I feel more empowered, equipped, and confident in building the business having been part of the Business Accelerator. Everyone can unfold in so many ways, but I realized that to expand the business, I have to be the energy container in which I become that millionaire and bring the big impact that I envision. And that is exactly what the Business Accelerator brings from my perspective – it enables a system for the higher version of myself as a business person, through which I can expand, find solutions, and stay connected to my inner essence. The money and clients are an outcome of the person I am becoming, being equipped with the necessary tools to achieve my goals. It is an excellent investment for anyone who wants to serve from the heart and find ways to thrive while developing great habits for the long-term benefit of both the business as a structure and its owner as a fuel that drives the business engine. The content, trainers and structure are top-notch, one just needs to show up and do the work, by trusting the process of unfoldment, re-creating oneself, and serving confidently and purposefully!
