All my life, I felt a strong urge to help people but didn’t know how until I found coaching. As soon as I realized this was my path, I wanted to pursue it passionately.
I completed the CBC and felt equipped with all the tools and capabilities I needed to serve. However, I lacked confidence and, more importantly, clarity. Ajit’s comment, “If you’re serving everyone, you’re serving no one,” really hit me because that’s exactly what I wanted to do!
The Accelerator program has been a game-changer for me. It gave me the accountability I needed to keep going when imposter syndrome set in and helped me get out of my own ego. Ajit’s wisdom made me realize that I can’t help everyone because, as he says, “it’s not about capability but capacity.”
The greatest aspect of Accelerator was the combined force of the powerful quartet: Ajit, Elisa, Sid, and Renata. Each of them is unique and brings different qualities to the program, complementing each other in a very holistic way.
