"It helped me define my brand and my coaching business strategy"

Before starting this course, my life was a constant oscillation between economic stability and instability. I am a freelance art director, and over the past 12 years, I have faced many professional and personal challenges. I have two children, one of whom has a rare disease called Cat Eye Syndrome. I founded the international association of his disease. 
After his birth, my life became much more difficult. I spent years in hospitals caring for him, which compromised my professional reputation. My long-standing clients and contacts began to see me as unreliable, and work drastically declined. With the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, the situation worsened further. My husband poorly managed the financial pressure and accumulated a lot of debt, some of it in my name. This led to a separation and the need to rebuild my life from scratch.

Then one day, I stumbled upon the certification to become a Holobody coach. Ronan was teaching and explaining what I had experienced firsthand with my son, the importance of nutrition, and promised certification to those who completed his course. I followed it and got certified. Finally, I felt I had some credibility to tell people, "Hey, changing your diet will completely change your health!" because it was no longer just something I had experienced with my son, whom I had treated for juvenile idiopathic arthritis through nutrition, but because now I had a certification that gave me the right to say certain things, not as a witness to something, but as a mentor. But you know what? You never feel strong enough.

This is why I decided to start the Coach Accelerator. I felt the need for an injection of energy that, like the certification, would give me the strength to present myself to the world for what I am now: a Holistic Health Coach capable of transforming the lives of people who struggle with food relationships or have eating disorders. I made this choice because I have extensive experience in this field, and my greatest desire is to make all those who, like me, have suffered from eating disorders feel no longer alone and misunderstood, and especially to make them feel that there is still hope, which they don't feel they have, to improve or even heal from their disorder.

The reasons I recommend this course are many. First of all, the Coach Accelerator helped me define my brand and my coaching business strategy. It allowed me to identify my niche and gave me the courage to say to the world, "This is my niche because I was part of it. This world belongs to me, and if I talk about it, it's because I know it well."

The most significant changes I noticed were in my self-confidence. In less than 12 months, I gained a confidence I didn't have before. Last year, I didn't have the courage to raise my hand in a crowd to share my point of view. Today, I volunteered to coach with Ajit, and despite the emotion and some linguistic uncertainty, I achieved my goal.

My three main lessons during the course were:
 Life is now and must be lived to the fullest, and besides this, there is also alignment with one's purpose.

The biggest positive change I noticed was in my self-esteem. 
 I am now able to face the world with a new awareness of my abilities.
