“I launched my company and stepped into leading my business”

Before this program, I was a self-funded entrepreneur who didn’t know she was afraid of her own potential. Potential to expand what she had and build more.

In this program I finally launched The Institute for Human Alignment that had been living in my brain, in journals, on legal pads, and God only knows how many old computers. This company demonstrates thought leadership in my area of expertise as a social scientist: The inner architecture of humans that drives everything.

Not only did I launch that company but I finally took seriously a manufacturing company I started more than 6 years ago.

PASSERI had been alive for years. Not as an idea, as a real company. Designs. Inventory. Sales. Stories. Craftsmanship that took weeks to produce.

And yet…

I was relating to it like it was a “love project.” Something meaningful. Beautiful. Personal. But small. Not because the brand was small but because I was holding it that way.

There was no real growth strategy. No structural scaling plan. And if I’m honest, no real decision to let it become what it actually is:

An epic slow fashion company people are meant to want.

That’s the part I hadn’t clocked. It wasn’t a business problem. It was a self-concept ceiling.

In this program, that shifted. I stopped asking, “How do I grow this?” And started asking, “Who do I need to become to lead this?” Everything changed from there. Now PASSERI is no longer something I’m building. It’s something I’m leading.

And the difference between those two is everything.
