Mindvalley helps me to build my company: Greenwards Ltda - Taking CO2 out ot the atmosphere and bringing it in the form of biochar to the soil as a natural fertilizer
Before this program, after more than 30 years in German diplomacy (especially in environmental policy, bringing climate change and international security on the agenda of the UN Security Council), being a son of a family with entrepreneur tradition, I had little knowledge of how to run a company, in my case, a startup. I retired in June 2025. In August, after a holiday in Greece and Germany, I ordered AI, IT software, trainings - and got overwhelmed. I was too ambitious. My girlfriend and business partner with her limited English could not follow the Mindvalley program which added to our relationship problems and finally we separated.
The course showed me, that I need to know exactly what I want. And that AI will be at my disposal, as well as the experiences of successful entrepreneurs who shared their knowledge generously, to get there.
My first homepage, built in September/October 2025 with support of the insights of the first lessons, was beautiful and a good reference for my startup, Greenwards.
But then I got overwhelmed with my ambitions, Brasilian beaurocracy, a intransparent tax system, shortage of capital and private problems.
The Entrepreneurship Mastery program was my lighthouse - in dark hours, I felt uplifted and motivated to continue my journey. At least, following the lessons and saving the materials.
After moving in April 2026 to a new, cheaper home with a beautiful garden, which is important for me loving nature, I am now at a new beginning - new homepage, looking for a new business partner (perhaps of the finerminds group). I plan to work actively 3 years longer, until my 70s, and then see how I feel if I want to continue or hand over the company to my partner(s).
So actually, I am starting Greenwards once again, in a new phase, on a high level of knowledge and with the support of highly effective AI-tools. I feel well prepared in all areas of running a business - using ai tools, marketing strategies, social media communication, how to select people for a successful team, organisation. Brasilian tax issues remain with my "contador".
Brasil, host of UNCCC COP 30 in Belém, head of G20 in 2025 and respected member of BRICS, the upcoming powerhouse after the decline of US credibility, is a strategic global player for saving a value oriented, sustainable international world order. Showing that one can earn money with protecting the climate in a private company will add to already existing public policies.
I am confident that Greenwards is well positioned to play a leading role. Germany with its strategic partnership with Brasil, also in the field of agriculture, offers a solid background.
I don't know how far I will get, but I will continue my mission - taking out CO2 of the atmosphere and storing it as biochar in the soil as a natural fertilizer.
I trust that Mindvalley has delivered and will continue to deliver the tools and contacts that are important to fulfill my mission.
