My husband is celebrating his 81st Birthday today. We were introduced to Donna Eden's work last summer after he had an illness and hospitalization. We have done the work every day since we started in August and have added some stretches and self reflexology to the routine. Totally loving it!!!! We wouldn't do it if it didn't make us feel good.
