"The seemingly intractable, sleep-destroying RLS has all but disappeared"

I've had Restless Leg Syndrome for maybe 20 years. This meant mostly poor sleep or no sleep. My options seemed to be a nighttime routine of intense leg and spinal pressure, which took 30-45 minutes --and didn't always work, Epsom Salt soaks, or, for a while, a drug designed for Parkinson's.
Then I started the daily exercises. And I was inspired to run through 5 minutes of grounding ones right before bed. The seemingly intractable, sleep-destroying RLS has all but disappeared. If it does I just repeat the grounding. Sleeping well has made such a difference. No question that this Energy Medicine course has changed everything.
