Before I started this program with Donna Eden I did not know how to clear negative energy from me & I felt stuck & I’d wake up to go to work feeling so tired..& my co workers would zap the energy I had left in me...then I started Donna’s energy class she gives you so much information & it has helped me restore my energy into my body again & not take on others..one thing if you do the energy routine daily, it will help you much more & if you can listen to the exercises & do them what a plus..I love this program..cause it gives you real life situations & the solutions to help you live the best life you can..
