I have had many years feeling 'tired' and it was put down to anaemia and only in the last year I found that it seemed to be Gluten. Doing the Energy course has helped because when I feel drained from using a computer or just life in general I now take a minute or two to do the Energy exercises and I feel it has really made a difference to me. I'm also enjoying the energy dances.
