Before I started the program I was feeling low energy, sluggish, heartbroken and under a lot of emotional duress. I integrating the exercises into my days and find my energy level has definately shifted for the better. We've only just completed week 3 but I feel a sense of calm and less anxiety. Also I feel I am more motivated throughout the day to complete my tasks and take on new projects. I am looking forward to learning more and reaping the benefits of knowing how to shift my energies for the better.
