Right, to keep this short: I dropped at least 1 kg already just by asking my body what it needs with every meal, using Donna's very specific 'asking' technique. Moreover, I am able to move out of what I call 'emotional gridlocks' - when you allow yourself to feel deep emotion but then it won't let you go - in seconds with Donna's 'balance the polarities' techniques. Also, my relationships are busy improving. All of a sudden, certain persistent 'hot buttons' are now decidedly cooler.
