I had a lot of issues from my past, and most important, from my soul´s previous lifes. So since I was little I lived many terrible situations and felt anxious and depressed during all my late childhood and teenagehood, never knowing why terrible things happened inside and outside me in a continuous base. I got ill many times, sometimes even in a really serious way. The illnesses would come back after time no matter what. My body and mind were almost always suffering in some way. It is true that occidental medicine helped me to treat the symptoms each time they appeared, but what really helped me to erase the root of the problem was energy work. Energy work helped me to identify why I was born in the specific place and family that I was. And it helped me to understand and make peace with my past and my roots, my family. I feel so grateful to Jeffrey Allen and the Mindvalley team to make this training a reality. It has helped me to recover myself, clean my illnesses and understand the meaning of my life. When I started I had no idea how much it would help to improve my life. I feel so so grateful! :)
