I was brought up to believe in the practicality of life. To believe in concrete things that you can see, smell, feel and touch. There were times during the course where my credulity was stretched, when I thought that this is all 'bunkem', but I surrendered this feeling in favour of an attitude of 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'.
What I found was that there were times when I had very deep and profound meditations. Extremely restful and calming to my brain. I also found that even though I was way out of sync, (weeks), with the rest of the group, as I caught up, the lessons spoke to me at the right time and place.
I needed to hear what Jeff was saying and how he said was truly illuminating. His words just seemed to resonate with me.
I will endeavour to redo the course and practice the techniques as I feel that this program has lead me to a new way of viewing life and existence. There is a duality to Nature. The seen and the unseen. As Shakespeare said, "there is more under Heaven and Earth than is contained in your philosophy, Horatio."
