Before this program, I have begun my transition from a spiritual tourist to living a spiritual path. However, my introduction to this path had many leaps and bounds that needed refinement and solid foundation.
This program gave me tools beyond my typical modalities to help me clarify many of the intense experiences I had encountered before by putting myself in the driver seat instead of following along the ride of group supported meditative experiences. Having a well-paced course that I could return to as often as needed helped me to do the work on my own instead of relying on others. Jeffrey had an incredible balance of encouragement, grounding and collaboration.
I plan to continue on my journey with returns to many of the meditations as needed from time to time. They're great reminders for how far I've come and how much further I have to go. Thanks Jeffrey!
