Before this Quest, it was really hard to navigate my life. I felt like my life was a constant battlefield. I had so many struggles and didn't have the tools to help me.
After taking this Quest I feel more in flow. I find life to be so much more fun and amusing. I stopped being so serious and started to see life more neutrally and with amusement.
My most valuable takeaway is that I can use my energy tools in any situation, any time, any place. Having that makes me feel like an energy ninja!
Learning and applying these energy tools that take just a few minutes every day made my life so much more fulfilling and positive.

My top takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are:
- I'm not alone, I have my higher self and my guides with me at all times, all I need to do is listen to their guidance. My personal cheer and support team that I can communicate with, assigned specifically and only to me.
- I can clear my mind and manifestations blocks whenever I need to.
- I can create my own space and have healthy boundaries.
- I can heal any aspect of myself.
This course is probably one of those things that after you do them, you are changed forever. You have the tools to have a balance between your physical and energy body and most importantly, be in flow with life.
