"The value I received from it has been priceless"

Wow! What an amazing course. Before I started Duality I felt pretty confident with my energy. I practice Reiki daily. But I was still drawn to this course. I really wanted to fine tune trusting my intuition and connect with my guides.

After I completed the course I really feel like I have a daily practice in place. I have tools for moving my thoughts into a more positive space and releasing pictures that no longer serve me. I also have a solid understanding of past instances where I have used inspiration in my life.

Now, I feel like anything is possible. I am in a much better emotional state now than I was when I started the course. My daily practice to release pictures and the use of my permission rose has been game changing. I am empathic and I find it difficult to interact with groups of people. But now, I create a rose and it helps me set an energetic boundary for myself. I’m more outgoing and confident. I feel like I am the most confident version of myself. I enjoy being with people and often lead conversations now. This was absolutely a necessary step in my personal growth.

Picture is my family and I had Disney World last month. It was so busy there. Typically I would be overwhelmed and filled with anxiety. But I used my tools and my permission rose and I had a great time.
