Before this program, I had limited knowledge of the energy world, and the difference it can make to one's life. I enrolled in this Quest as I was keen to learn something new, and to see if this was something that would resonate with me.
The biggest learnings for me have been the opening up my life to a whole new world of a previously untapped, or maybe, unaware resource.
I love and have been privileged to have connected with a small group of Duality students from around the world, who are at different points in their journeys - some first time and some on their second time doing the course. We meet weekly, and that has been such a great source of connection, sharing and learnings. We start with a Jeffrey type meditation around grounding and energy and setting a permission rose, and add in some healing energy, and that sets the environment for the hour long session.
My top 3 takeaways - 1) I live near a beach in a bay area, but had nearly always walked on the boardwalk. Since starting Duality, I now do a 15 to 20 minute walk on the beach, mostly through the ocean water, to ground and connect and also connect with my cosmic energy of 2 planets - Jupiter and Saturn {hopefully okay to have 2 :-) } 2) Being open to experiencing grounding, setting boundaries with my permission roses, chakras, energy intake, intuition, and connecting with spirit guides. 3) The learnings from being part of such an engaging small group of diverse people.
I am grateful to have Jeffrey's presentations and meditations so engaging, and for the Live Calls as a way to connect with the bigger group.

The biggest positive change for me has been the opportunity to grow personally with my mind and eyes opened wider, and to be experiencing a whole new sense of energy integration.
