Taking the Duality program with Jeffrey Allen reminded me about daily grounding, running my energies and using a permission rose. I knew these before, but I had forgotten about them for years. Once I started using them again on a daily basis, several people noticed a difference in me and made a comment. I told them the only thing I was doing differently was the daily grounding. I feel a lot more grounded and centered doing this daily practice since rediscovering it, and have no desire to forget about it ever again. Thank you Jeffrey Allen for reminding me.
